ABOUT CONNIE DODSON
Connie Dodson has dedicated her life to serving East Tulsa. She was a local business owner, community advocate, and eight-year District 6 City Councilor who brought needed resources and attention to long-overlooked neighborhoods. As a mother of five kids who all attended Tulsa Public School and a grandmother to a future TPS student. She understands what our schools need to succeed. Connie is running for the Tulsa Public Schools Board of Education in District 4 because kids deserve a board member focused on improving student outcomes. She’s committed to putting students first, supporting teachers, and bringing proven problem-solving leadership to our schools.
"I'm running because our kids deserve a school board member who shows up to improve student outcomes, not to score political points. I've spent my career solving problems for this community, and I want to bring that same focus to our schools. My opponent has repeatedly voted against common-sense solutions, and our students deserve better. Let’s get back to putting our kids first."
